been noticing incidences

one makes a 'wrong' inference & says something
which draws a big blank on the other twos' faces.
in sync, they say 'what the hell are you talking about?'
two - ships that pass in the night
how we walk past certain people,
whether colleagues, vendors, strangers
more than once but do not converse,
or perhaps, we do, but we know that
it's inevitably short lived;
how we engage in long conversations with
customers or colleagues through the telephone,
and yet we might walk past them in the streets,
not realising who they are.
three - the artist and the vieweran artist, whether an architect, a musician,
or writer, would almost invariably
have some ideas behind a piece of work.
as a viewer, you could look at the
rationale behind the art to appreciate it;
you could also look at it and derive
your own meaning from it.
and even if the interpretation is so far off
from the artist's intention, it doesn't matter,
because that's the beauty of art, imo.
